Exit from I-10 at Defuniak Springs and go south approximately 25 miles on US-331 until it ends at the stop sign in Santa Rosa Beach. Turn LEFT (east) onto US-98 and go 2.5 miles to the second road south, County Road (CR) 395. Turn RIGHT and go 2.3 miles to the dead end at the 3-way stop sign in Seagrove Beach. Turn LEFT (east) on CR 30A about one-half mile to Beacons on your right.  Address is 3342 E. County Highway 30-A #7.

 

From Panama City Beach go west on US-98 to CR 30A. Turn LEFT and go approximately 8 miles to 3342 East County Highway 30-A # 7.

Take the New Smyrna Beach exit from Interstate 95 and head east.  After crossing over the intercoastal waterway bridge, the road will curve to the right and you’ll be heading south on A1A (Atlantic Blvd.)  After passing the Food Lion shopping center on your right, start watching for the Sea Woods entrance (big sign, can’t miss it) on your right.  Turn right into Sea Woods, take the first left on Sea Mist Drive and take the next left into our parking lot.  After turning left into the parking lot, if you drove straight ahead, you’d run right into #108.  Parking space # 49 (For some reason the parking #’s don’t jive with the condo #’s)

Exit the airport – following the South Exit Signs (Signs will say Disney 192 Kissimmee & 417).    Follow the road to 417.  Turn right onto the ramp to go south on 417 Toll Road.  Stay on 417 until you get to the Celebration Exit.   Exit off of 417 at Celebration and turn right.  Go to the red light to 192.  Turn left on 192.  Follow approximately 6 miles.  You will go over I-4, you will go past the Disney Main Gate Exit and you will go past the Disney Wide World of Sports.  Continue to follow the road until you get to Formosa Gardens Road (Walgreen’s will be on the right).  Turn left on Formosa Gardens Road (You will see the huge Splendid China Sign).  Follow Formosa Gardens Road  - it will wind around and you will get to a 4-way stop.  Go straight through the 4 way stop – continuing on Formosa Gardens Road.  Windsor Palms will be on your right hand side about 1 1/2 miles on Formosa Gardens Road.   (You will see the Development Sign and Guard Shack.)  Go to the Guard Gate – tell them you are a guest.  Turn right on the 1st street you come to after you pull away from the guard shack. (at the Club house)  Take your immediate first left (it looks like you are pulling into the parking lot of the club house – but it’s really a street). Follow it until you see the first big condo on your left.  That’s the building.  It is # 2307.  Go up to the 2nd story – it will be the first door on the left – # 205.

Text Box: From the Parkway traveling south, at traffic light #3 in Pigeon Forge turn right.  This will be Wears Valley Rd.  Travel on Wears Valley Rd. approximately 3 miles to the traffic light at Walden Creek Rd.  Turn right onto Walden Creek and travel approximately 2 miles and you'll come to "Laughing Pines" community.  You can't miss the sign on the right hand side of the road.  Turn right into Laughing Pines and go up the hill and bear right and continue on up the hill.  The swimming pool will be on your left and wind up the hill to the last cabin on the left.  There's a "Heaven Sent" plaque hanging on the porch.
