Reservation Deposit: Your requested dates can be reserved once we receive your reservation deposit. This is typically half of the total amount due. Damage Deposit: A separate damage deposit check of $150 is due before arriving. After cleaners have inspected the condo to ensure nothing is damaged or missing, we can either tear up your deposit check or return it to you. Cancellation: If cancellation is less than 30 days prior to check-in, money paid will be forfeited unless we can re-rent the condo with no lost time or revenue. Storms: If a NAMED STORM threatens the area, money paid will be refunded. If a storm does approach and an evacuation order has NOT been given but guests elect to stay, owner reserves the right to make storm preparations (i.e. board windows/doors, etc.) as necessary. Accommodations: Our condos can accommodate the following. Seagrove: Sleeps 6 with queen bed, hall bunks and queen sofa sleeper. New Smyrna Beach: Sleeps 5 with queen bed, love seat sleeper, queen sofa sleeper. Orlando: Sleeps 8 with 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, and 1 queen sofa sleeper. Heaven Sent: Sleeps 6 with queen bed in master, full bed in loft, and queen sofa sleeper. Furnishings: All condos are fully furnished with towels, sheets, pillows, blankets, etc. and stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, pots & pans, utensils, cable TV, VCR and/or DVD. Non Smoking Units: Please do NOT smoke in our condos or in the screened porch (Orlando) or Florida Room (New Smyrna Beach). At Seagrove, you may smoke on the patio but please dispose of cigarette butts, do not throw butts on the lawn. Pets: Well-behaved pets are allowed but you must make us aware at the time you make your reservation. A non-refundable pet fee does apply. Please pick up after your dog (even on the lawn.) Washer/Dryer: Clothes washer and dryer are available in the condo (New Smyrna Beach, Orlando, and Heaven Sent) and outside of the condo in the stairwell (Seagrove). The Seagrove washer/dryer are shared with condo #9. Telephone: The telephone has a long distance block. Long distance calls can be made with a calling card. Condo phone #’s are: Seagrove: (850) 231-3750. New Smyrna Beach: (386) 428-0351. Orlando: (407) 390-9956 Heaven Sent: Check-in Time: To give our cleaners time to prepare the condo for your arrival, check-in after 3:00 pm local time. Parking: Seagrove—Space #7 with additional parking in the rear. New Smyrna Beach—Space #49 with visitor parking spaces available. Orlando—Parking in front of building, no assigned space. Heaven Sent—in front of cabin. Keys: Lockbox located at the front door and combination will be given once you’ve paid in full. Please leave key in lockbox upon leaving to avoid forfeiting your deposit. You will be charged for lost keys or locksmith fees if necessary. Heating & Air: If it is hot please open the door and windows to cool down before turning on the air conditioner (it will be quicker and also save energy). If you lower the thermostat, do it 5 degrees at a time to prevent the unit from freezing up Fire Extinguisher: There is a fire extinguisher in the kitchen for your safety. Clean Feet: Please rinse sand from your feet before entering the condo. Checking Out: 1) Please empty wastebaskets and put trash in outside bins. 2) Please load dishwasher (no dishwasher in Heaven Sent) and start a load of wash (towels and linens). 3) Set A/C on 75 F or heat on 55 F as applicable. 4) Turn off lights and appliances, lock all windows, doors and sliding doors. 5) Remember to take all your personal belongings, we cannot be responsible for items left at the condo. 6) Remember to return key to lockbox. 7) Leave the condo in a reasonable state of cleanliness. Check-out Time: To give our cleaners time to prepare for the next guests, check out time is 10:00am Local Time Your deposit will be forfeited if you do not abide by this check out time. Damage Deposit: Damage deposit will be refunded after cleaners have inspected the condo/ cabin.
